Bulego Rocks BCC

On Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, the Basque Rock band Bulego performed a concert at the Basque Cultural Center and played for over ninety minutes playing some of their most popular songs including Zurekin, Kantu Bat, Hegan, Ezer ez da berdina, Egin dezagun dantza. Lead singer Tom Lizarazu was able to connect with the audience in Euskara and English and introduced their closing number, their anthem song - Bueltan Da!!! - by saying “We've been treated just like we were at home, and I just want to say that by coming to this gig tonight, you are not only supporting this band, which is Bulego, you are supporting much more than that, you are supporting Euksara, the Basque language, the Basque County, the Basque Culture, and when you come to this concert you are giving light to a little little little language that has a lot to say, so thank you for making this possible and hope to see you next time - love you South San Francisco!”
