Mus is a Basque card game whose origin is not exactly known though the first reference to the game goes back to 1745.

Mus is played casually amongst members before and after the Sunday Members’ Lunch and more formally during tournaments which are offered at the Basque Cultural Center by other regional Basque Clubs. Follow our Events Calendar to stay informed about Mus tournaments.

An international Mus Tournament is offered each year so that regional winners can compete – a world champion Mus team is named each year.
