Tai Chi classes are led by Leon Sorhondo and Dan Sampior at the Basque Cultural Center every Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to Noon.

No prior experience is necessary and it’s a follow the leader class. Exercises are slow and the focus is on proper balance and movements.
