Historic Pala Showdown - SFBCC vs Saint-Pierre et Miquelon
Did you know the last foothold of France in North America is Saint-Pierre et Miquelon? This small archipelago off Newfoundland has an active Basque community that continues to shape its sports and local culture today. For the first time, the Saint-Pierre et Miquelon Euskal Etxea (Basque Club) paleta goma champions will challenge our very own BCC players in both women’s and men’s pala at the BCC on Wednesday, November 12th.
Join us for an afternoon of pala games starting at 5:00 PM, followed by a $40 all-inclusive dinner celebrating great plays, great company, and our vibrant community.

Soup, Seafood Gratin, Duck Leg Confit, Salad and Cheese, Peanut Butter Profiteroles, and coffee with brandy
Côté Mas red and white wines will be served during dinner
